Unified POS and stock for a multi-branch retailer
The Challenge
Bazaar Elektronik ran several branches with standalone point-of-sale and stock records. There was no real-time cross-branch stock picture, making it hard to move goods and monitor sales holistically.
Our Approach
We built a centralized POS and stock management system connecting all branches. The first priority was checkout speed and stock accuracy, then sales reporting that unifies data across all branches.

An internal system with fast POS, real-time cross-branch stock management, inter-branch transfers, and centralized sales reporting. Management can now see every branch’s performance from a single dashboard.
Measurable impact
We can finally see stock and sales for every branch on one screen. Moving goods between branches became a data-driven decision, not guesswork.
