The Challenge
JSB needed an online store unlike ordinary retail: buyers are businesses with prices that differ per customer tier, bulk ordering, and the need to manage company accounts. Standard retail systems couldn’t handle this B2B complexity.
Our Approach
We built a tiered pricing system that shows prices by customer tier, an efficient wholesale ordering flow, and company account management with multiple users. The focus was making large, repeat ordering fast.
The Solution
A B2B e-commerce platform with per-tier pricing, wholesale carts, fast reordering, and company account dashboards. Business customers now order on their own without going back and forth with sales for every transaction.
Measurable impact
Our B2B customers can now order on their own at prices already matched to their tier. Our sales team finally has time for more strategic work.
