The Challenge
JSB wanted to launch a marketplace that lets many sellers sell on one platform, complete with secure payments and integrated logistics. The challenge was building this complex system quickly without sacrificing reliability.

We prioritized the core features needed for launch: seller onboarding, product catalog, payment escrow, and courier integration. With an iterative, AI-accelerated approach, we shipped a functional platform in a short time.
The Solution
A complete marketplace platform with seller dashboards, product management, an escrow system that secures transactions between buyers and sellers, and logistics integration for automated shipping. The system was designed modularly to easily add features as it grows.
