The Challenge
JSB wanted to launch a multi-vendor marketplace: many sellers, one platform, with secure payments and integrated logistics. Building an ecosystem this complex is usually high-risk and slow — JSB needed a platform that could go live fast without compromising transaction reliability.

The Solution
A complete marketplace platform with seller dashboards, product management, an escrow system that holds buyer funds until an order is received, and logistics integration for automated tracking. From zero to live in three months, the JSB marketplace now hosts over 100 active sellers transacting around the clock. Buyer funds are protected by escrow on every transaction, logistics run smoothly, and the platform stays solid as seller and order volumes grow.
